How The FBI Is Sidestepping Obama to Investigate The Clinton Foundation

fbiIt looks like someone at the FBI has discovered a way to side step Obama’s Department of Justice.

This could spell bad news for Hillary Clinton and The Clinton Foundation.

Here’s the inside scoop of what the FBI and U.S. Attorney’s Office is now doing to investigate The Clinton Foundation:

Prosecutorial support will come from various U.S. Attorneys Offices — a major departure from other centralized FBI investigations.

The New York-based probe is being led by Preet Bharara, the U.S. attorney for the Southern District of New York. Bharara’s prosecutorial aggressiveness has resulted in a large number of convictions of banks, hedge funds and Wall Street insiders.

The official said involvement of the U.S. Attorney’s Office in the Southern District of New York “would be seen by agents as a positive development as prosecutors there are generally thought to be more aggressive than the career lawyers within the DOJ.”

Bharara’s official biography notes that he, “has applied renewed focus on large-scale, sophisticated financial frauds by creating two new units – the Complex Frauds Unit and the complementary Civil Frauds Unit.

“The Civil Frauds Unit has collected close to $500 million in settlements since its inception, including multi-million dollar settlements with Deutsche Bank and CitiMortgage for faulty lending practices and other fraudulent conduct.”

Nicholas Biase, a spokesman for Bharara, said he would “decline comment.” Similarly, FBI spokeswoman Samantha Shero said, “we do not have a comment on investigative activity.”
Bharara is best known for securing convictions of prominent political figures, including former New York State Assembly Speaker Sheldon Silver. Silver had a seemingly intractable grip on power in the state for decades. He was convicted of accepting $4 million in exchange for helping a cancer researcher and two real estate developers.

Maybe there is hope that our government and the Rule of Law will prevail.

Yeah, yeah, yeah. Another joke of an investigation. If Martha Stewart had been a politician, she wouldn’t have spent a minute in jail.

Martha could have avoided all of her troubles with a simple donation to the Clinton Foundation

So lynch and comey are going to investigate? I’ll give you three guesses on what they will find. There will be meetings at the WH and on an airport runway in Phoenix. Grand children will be discussed and comey and lynch will conclude there is not enough to indict “The Butcher of Benghazi”. Comey’s wife works for HSBC and comey sits on their board and the clinton slush fund is one of HSBC’s biggest customers. He won’t bite the hand that feeds him. Lynch is another incompetent appointed by obama and only does what she is told to do and should be impeached for not doing her job in enforcing our laws as she took a sworn oath to do.

After their roles in the Hillary deal Comey and Lynch need to just go away. Until then I think we need to change the name of the FBI to more accurately describe it’s true role in our justice system. I suggest calling it the FDPS, the Federal Dog and Pony Show.

Lets remain hopeful . Obviously there is to much evidence to just let go of in this very important case against Hillary

Picking a prosecutor from the southern New York district and avoiding the Democrat “machine” Obama has set up, and going outside of the useless FBI and their list of lies before congress says something to me. It says that somebody really does care about our rule of law after all. If the choice had been anything other than the lawyer they selected, who knows what crooked outcome would emerge? Interesting times we live in.
