Why Haven’t We Been Told About These 22 U.S. Based Muslim Strongholds?
In the wake of the Paris attacks by Islamic jihadist terrorists, officials are working to identify so-called “sleeper cells” of Muslim fundamentalists throughout Europe and the United States. The Conservative Tribute is reporting that a group known as “The Muslims of the Americas,” which has strong ties to the group Jamaat ul-Fuqra, has confirmed there are now 22 confirmed compounds spread throughout nine states in the U.S.
According to the article:
A Pakistani organization with ties to the Muslim Brotherhood and Al Qaeda, ul-Fuqra has not been classified as a Foreign Terrorist Organization by this administration.
The FBI and Homeland Security are powerless to take definite action regarding the group’s activities without the president putting them on the terror list.
What is even more disturbing is that there may be individuals employed in law enforcement and Homeland Security that are TMOA members.
Journalists who have tried to approach the compounds have often been met with force, and calls for comments to the compounds go unanswered (H/T Mad World News).
The Muslims of the Americas have not been 100 percent successful in maintaining secrecy. The Heritage Foundation has compiled and released data on 50 terrorist plots tied to the group since the 9/11 attacks. The Christian Action Network in 2009 released a training video found in a compound in Hancock, New York. MOA brought suit against Christian Action Network after the release, but the suit was dismissed.
With the advent of the new Congress, this group may now get the focus it deserves. It clearly presents a potential security risk to the United States.
