Iran Deal is Already Done – But this Inspired Congressman Refused to Give Up

4272735376_98661881bdThe Iran Nuclear Deal is now a done deal.

Like it or not, Obama got his win here.

But one Congressman isn’t ready to throw in the towel.

Rep. Patrick Meehan is not fond of giving up.

“I’d like to have [Obama] administration officials over telling us why they believe it’s in the best interests of the United States of America to return money to terrorists who may use it to create more victims,” Meehan, R-Pa., said of his legislation to force Iran to pay for acts of terror it sponsored.

The bill—called the Justice for Victims of Iranian Terrorism Act and likely to go to a vote Wednesday—is a pointed response to President Obama’s nuclear deal with Iran, which narrowly cleared Congress.

With Obama’s Iran Deal, we’ve handed Iran millions of dollars in trade consessions.

Isn’t it only fair that if they break stuff while sponsoring terrorism that we send them a bill for the damages?

In fact, why didn’t Obama and Kerry have the guts to include this in the original deal.

Trump is right.

We have stupid people negotiating deals for our country.

The Iran deal was a sell out to the devil and turning it’s back on Israel and there is a high price to pay for both and this nation will soon find that out.

  • chief1937

Being sold out in now common place with our government. Our congress is no better for allowing this to happen. Not many more concessions and we will have a Muslim government.

Its just so hard to believe Obama is still in office. I do not believe any president in history would have survived this much tyranny to his citizens and country and able to stay in office. And all the lies he’s told.We elect our congressman and Senators and they also have let us down. If WE THE PEOPLE have to take over, its gonna get ugly.

The Republicans are so worried that giving peace a chance is going to work that they won’t give up trying to undo the Iran agreement. It was signed by Russia, China, France, Germany and Great Britain. Do we won’t to get in trouble with these other countries to. I think not. The thing that worries the Republicans is that it is going to make Obama look good and that’s all they have done for the last 7 years is going against him and try to make him look as bad as George W. Bush.

“stupidity knows no bounds”–dangerous stupidity warrants impeachment or at least removal from office! This Iran Deal will come to haunt this country sooner than later, because what they will learn from history is that they don’t learn from history.

  • jerry young

nothing obama does is in the best interest of the United States!

  • rivahmitch
