Critics of Attorney General Eric Holder are claiming that it is no coincidence that Holder announced his resignation shortly after U.S. District Court Judge John D. Bates ruled that the Department of Justice cannot delay the release of certain “Fast and Furious” documents.

U.S. Congressman Louie Gohmert of the House oversight committee has been trying to shed light on the scandalous program and find out how much Holder participated in the scandal.
